About Emma Louise
I work with women- with a focus on working with individuals navigating trauma, grief, dissociation, mind-body disconnection, and shame. Post-traumatic growth is a testament to the resilience and capability of the human spirit. It represents the potential to find strength, purpose, and a renewed sense of self in the aftermath of trauma. I believe that each person holds the wisdom and answers they seek within themselves. My role is to serve as a mirror—reflecting back your inner knowing.

I draw on relevant trauma research to deepen the understanding of self. I work with parts work, embodied awareness, the focusing technique, somatic movement, cycle awareness, art-making, narrative techniques, and mindfulness—offering you a trauma-informed healing container. Additionally, I have experience in psychedelic preparation and integration.
My practice centers itself on helping you find safety to reconnect with your body and heart- to be able to live from a place of freedom again.
The intention of my work is to offer you a mirror for your own healing, holding space for your process as you find your way back home to yourself.
